The Japanese wrestlers tank the ratings, AEW already has half the NJPW roster signed and Tony ran through almost all of the dream matches he had anyway.
He's already where Vince was in 1988 or so when he tanked the other territories and had no place to get new stars from. Hopefully it doesn't take Tony 10 years like it did Vince to figure out he needs to set up his own developmental.
