We just saw with Truth that WWE doesn’t release people, they just shelve them with 90 days left in their deals as a de facto non-compete. So why would they have Kross wrestling at Summerslam if his contract shoot expired days later? If he doesn’t show up at another fed (other than TNA) in the next week or two it’s a work.
