For as shit as you think AEW is, the fact of the matter is Tony Khan still respects what professional wrestling is. There aren't 50 fucking ads around and inside the ring like Dude Wipes being shoved in your face every second, the wrestlers actually have freedom to fucking WRESTLE instead of some dumb fucking boomer faggots in the back telling the referee on a mic of what moves you can or can't do, and they don't treat their fans like fucking idiot retards. Whenever a company offers to sponsor AEW in exchange for advertising, Tony jumps at it. He'd have 100 ads plastered everywhere if he could. The only reason he doesn't is because AEW is so bush league that few companies want anything to do with it.

I’m so sick of the marks in AEW telling me what “wrestling is”. I watched their show since the beginning for a couple years until I didn’t. Everyone involved with that fed has carte blanche to say what they want about “pro wrestling” but the minute a fan speaks up and says that the booking sucks the owner calls you a bot.
