That's not how unions work. Management structure remains the same, only thing that changes is compensation and things like working conditions (the ring is too hard it's injuring guys, there's rats in the locker room or w/e). FedEx vs UPS for example, one is union and the other isn't, basically the same job, unionized UPS drivers make twice as much + benefits. They don't show up and say to MGMT "Delivering boxes today doesn't work for me brother, they either do their job for union pay or get fired and have to go scan at some low pay non union shop. Wrestling would work the same.
