Is this something that happens regularly? You should see a gastroenterologist. I have colitis and was able to get meds that calm it. Haven't had an incident in over two years.

half a teaspoon Cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, lemon juice fresh, cup of water warm, mix all that in the cup, and take it down. if you got wormwood put that in there grounded as well.
