Ryback Explodes on Fans for Body Shaming Triple H Over Vacation Photos
Triple H was recently on vacation with his family in Greece but people chose to body shame The Game and mocked his physique. This clearly didn’t go well with Ryback, as he blasted people who body shamed The Cerebral Assassin.
The Big Guy took to Twitter and said that body shaming in wrestling is sad and unfair, pointing out that everyone ages and bodies naturally change over time. He added that many of the people making negative comments have never put in the effort themselves.
Ryback also noted that years of PED use, filters, and fake images have given fans unrealistic ideas of how wrestlers should look. He stressed that what deserves respect is the person, their career, and their journey, not a single snapshot of their body.
>“The body shaming in pro wrestling is pathetic. People age, bodies change, and most of the ones talking have never put in the work themselves. Years of PED abuse, filters, and fake images have warped reality for a lot of people. Respect the person, the career, and the journey, not just a body frozen in time.”
Ryback isn’t the only one who came to Triple H’s aid recently, as WWE Hall of Famer JBL also went after people who trashed Triple H’s vacation photos, making it clear that body shaming has no place in 2025.
At 56, Triple H has moved from being a full-time wrestler to leading WWE’s creative direction. His body may not look the same as it did in the early 2000s, but he’s tried to keep himself in shape as much as possible. Body shaming him in 2025 serves no purpose, and Ryback wanted to make it clear that people should focus on his career and legacy, not on criticizing how he looks now.
