The remaining AEW fans are becoming worryingly schizophrenic over the past few months. Every single publicly available metric has them in a constant gigaplummet but they've convinced themselves that WWE is terrified of some imaginary recent sea change and that every business move WWE makes is specifically made for the sole purpose of kneecapping AEW who they think are breathing right down their necks.

It's actually not a record low, they did 502k for Dynamite one time last year, I think around Juneteenth (which Dave blamed the low rating on).
I also vaguely recall them getting a 3 hundy (300k range) number for Dynamite once, but it was a fluke and hasn't happened since. The 5 hundy range seems to be where they've bottomed out since Punk left. Unless the show gets even worse and more remaining fans lose interest it seems to be plateauing there.
