I'm pretty sure that SmackDown is now the only show on cable that you can't just stream. If you want to watch all of WWE, you have to pay for a cable package just to watch this one show.

There are ways to use a VPN on a TV if you aren't a tech-illiterate boomer and have the right tools
Android TVs have VPN apps, you can install a VPN on a router, or just cast/connect a laptop with VPN to a TV
There are ways to do it if you aren't lazy and actually want to save money and not buy a cable package
