I don't think the Syndicate are becoming jobbers. This is a pretty typical cycle for a team like them. They lose the belts, you'll have them crush some guys for awhile to rebuild their credibility, then you can either have them go for the tag belts again, have Bobby and Shelton go for separate singles titles, or recruit a third man to the faction to go for the trios titles.

i don't watch AEW but i've repeatedly seen the hurt syndicate called "one of the few good things AEW has going"
then i check cagematch and i see that their matches generally are rated mid
to me this indicates they work WWE style in AEW and their praises are sung by predominantly by detractors of AEW
but seeing a couple of elderly moon crickets run through and squash flippy midgets every week sounds boring i'm ngl i'd rather see ospreay do a flip or someything
