AEW and NJPW did something like 16k for dynasty so around that. But even then WWE doesn’t have any japanese stars to draw where as that at least had NJPW guys

Some of the biggest draws in NJPW are gaijins. Weebo fans in the West constantly think they understand Japanese fandom because they watch a show with subtitles. Japanese fans would love to see acts they rarely see live just like Euro crowds do.
