NJPW matches generally aren't available on Youtube, which is kind of the reason why most young smarks aren't as familiar with the company's history as they would be with AJPW/NOAH and FMW.
Goldberg also had a japanese run with AJPW.

Japs are pissed that Brock mogged every one of them. NJPW was in a shitty state in the mid-00s and Brock was the only legitimate star they had. They couldn't even pay him for enough dates though, and then when they didn't pay him for dates he had worked, Brock took the belt like the Chad he is as collateral.

New Japan has some retarded fuckery going on where all their footage isn't owned by them but by a TV company that is very protective of their footage
There's so much shit from that era you can't watch unless you shell out for some very expensive DVDs

I am hung like a horse, my gf told everyone I had a tiny dick when we broke up. It's womens first wave of attack.

Almost everything related to 2000s NJPW and Inoki's booking of it is like that. It's a shame. Despite the controversy, reading stories and articles about that period, it feels like it was a fun crazy concept that no one would have dared doing it before. Something different from the staleness so far at that time.

Different does not mean good. I am a bigger fan of Inokiism than most people because it really was an unpredictable time period for wrestling when shit that will never happen again happened, it hit some of the times, but most of the times it ended up just being shit. Most companies don't take risks like Inoki did for a reason, because you end up with some absolutely shit programming most of the time.
