I agree $1000 is hilariously steep for that service. But they got exactly what was advertised, they were not promised any more than what they eventually got, even by implication. They were not promised a 2 hour green room to make friends with the wrestlers, they were promised 2 hour hospitality, which they admitted was pretty good, with wrestler appearances, which they got. They received a souvenir. No way of assessing the priority entrance without knowing how early this guy turned up and how long regular entrants had to wait.

So yeah it's a rip-off in terms of price but this dude paid it and got exactly what he paid for, shame it didn't live up to the fantasy scenario he imagined in his head.
