MLW still hasn’t announced their matches, so I’m assuming they’ll be on the taped show. I wonder what the matches will be though. Is Kamiyu going to challenge Shoko for her title? I assume Shotzi will challenge (and win) at some point. But idk if that will happen in Dallas or not. I’ll be at the show, so I’ll know in a couple weeks. Don’t worry, I won’t post spoilers

A detail I liked from the Misao/Raku match was Shoko actively trying to wake up Misao and get her back to the ring. Seconds aren’t usually so active in a match, so it really showed their bond. Idk how much Shoko and Misao hang out irl, but they have great chemistry in the ring

misao probably wishes she could wrestle other players. i remember she tweeted out how excited she was to finally face juria for the first and only time. i wish we couldve gotten misao and itoh more often. they would only be booked in the same match like 2 times a year. despite having very little interaction with each other misao still tweeted out something positive about itoh recently which was surprising.

137.

I've lost five pounds since the 26th. Success? Something good to come out of the misery, I suppose. For all of my negativity and pessimism, I still can’t seem to stop myself from trying to search for the positives. I wish that I didn't. I would rather wallow in pitch blackness than be distracted by a small sliver of light. False hope. It always is. Food has become a game. The pit in my stomach is more or less gone, at least in the moments I'm not thinking of her. Could I force down food? Probably. But fasting kills time. How long can I go? 47 hours? New high score!

Time. It's all about time. I mentioned that it ticks agonizingly slow while mourning. They tell you that this too shall pass. All it takes is time. So what do you do to kill it? I managed to get out of bed on Sunday and make it to my desk. I’m finally able to keep track of days now. I turned on my PC. I have every console game released between 1977 and 2006 stored between a 1.5 TB microSD card and a couple external SSDs. My Steam account has over 500 titles in it. I scroll aimlessly. Thousands of games. Not a single one catches my interest. I stare at the screen and force myself to open something. There's an outstanding little Steam indie game called The Coin Game. It's an arcade simulator built in Unity by one guy. Your favorite redemption games are recreated in glorious first person 3D. Coin pushers, claw machines, that kind of thing. It’s quite a charming experience. I highly recommend that you check it out. I wandered aimlessly in the game world. Scratched off a few lottery tickets. Drove the golf cart around the city. I tried to time myself to see how fast I could make a complete loop. A game within a game, if you will. It grows tiresome. I set up in front of the Monster Drop game. I try to see how many times in a row I can win the mega jackpot. I managed to do it twice. A mild sense of accomplishment. I close the game out. Three more hours down the drain. It’s something.

I had a dream a few days ago. I was standing on the sidewalk in a nonspecific large city. It was distinctly American, likely New York, I’ve had Law & Order on as background noise for about a week after all. I was looking down at my phone in a panic. The TJPW show started in half an hour and I needed to get there. I needed to see Maki. My eyes dart up searching for a cab while I’m simultaneously trying to frantically find a ride in the Uber app. The quickest one that can get me to the venue is an hour out. I start running through alleys and sidestreets, panicking, praying that I’m running the right way. I somehow make it. There are people standing outside waiting to get in. The marquee is lit up with all of the player’s names. A new panic sets in. I have none of my merch. No cheering towels, no shirts, no nothing. I sprint across the street into an apartment building. Apparently I live there? I race up three or four flights of stairs and into a tenement style studio. I dig through a closet lined with green shag carpeting and dig out my stuff. I run back to the venue and rush inside. Misao and Namba are grappling on top of a large, circular bar crammed into a too small room. I turn to the guy next to me and ask him if I missed the Maki match. He tells me that she’s not on the card.

Monday evening I decided to see what’s going on in the thread. It’s the first I’ve browsed it since the incident aside from dropping these blogs and then immediately closing the window. I open up /pw/ and the thread at the top of the catalog is one of her OF photos asking what’s next. It makes my blood boil just as intensely as always. I click on /tjpw/. Nothing’s changed. Is that good or bad? I quickly pick a fight with spammerschizo. There’s comfort in the banter. Someone falsely accuses me of spamming the catalog with Maki threads. I close my browser in disgust. They still don’t understand me.

Maybe I’ve reached the bargaining stage. I’ve been trying to go through each possible scenario and decide which one will be the easiest to cope with. I’ve been praying that both sides come to their senses, laugh this off, and she’s back in a TJPW ring before the end of the month. But why would anything good ever happen? I hate myself for thinking that Itoh H.A.T.E. would be pretty fucking awesome. My stomach drops every time my mind wanders to her in NXT or AEW. Absolute worst case scenario. I fear that reality could send me even further off the deep end.

The charm bracelet is coming along nicely. I have everything needed except the actual charms themselves. The ones that I ordered arrived today, but I decided that I would be better off with the ones that have a little bit of a deeper well. I’m not a very crafty person, so anything that will make the epoxy process easier is welcome. Luckily the seller is close by so shipping for those will only take a couple days.

Shino Next Gen episode
>Feels that she's behind her peers since she's the only one that hasn't challenged for a belt yet
>Says that Haru is her rival
>Backstage at an UUG performance, HIMAWARI tells Konatsu "I applied for the Up Up Girls (P) audition and got rejected at the document screening stage."
>"After finally managing to grab my first win, that actually became the reason my worries only grew deeper. They really did get deeper. From the moment I won, people kept saying things like, “It’s good that they let you win,” and maybe that’s true, you know? It wasn’t exactly a beautiful or clean victory, and everyone saw that—but it’s complicated, kind of hard to deal with."
>"And about Next Gen 2, at the signing events and such, so many people directly told me, “I really wanted to see Uta,” and I just kept apologizing, saying, “I’m sorry.”

>NexGen2 has now been fully released!! Thank you once again for letting me serve as director this time!!
>Below, I’ll continue with some stories from each episode that I haven’t shared yet, so if you’d like, please read along for some behind-the-scenes notes from a staff perspective!!
>The Toga episode.
>Seeing Yamashita-san, as a senior, accepting Toga-san’s thoughts without denying them, I really felt that the future of Tokyo Joshi is embodied in that senpai–kohai relationship. In the cut portions, there were warm words from Yamashita-san like:
>“It’s okay to make more mistakes.”
>“It’s okay if your axis wavers sometimes.”
>And in conversations about friends, there were also plenty of “cool” stories, like how when a friend went through heartbreak, Toga would rush out even at night, share a meal, and even treat them.
>Up until now, I think Toga-san has been the type to show more through matches than through words. But I also feel that the recent singles match with Manase-san came about, in part, because of words Toga spoke right after the Ota Ward show. She’s someone who also has power in her words, and I’m looking forward to seeing her express herself in more and more different ways!!

>The Kira Summer episode.
>Misao-san said she learned about four times more of Kira’s feelings than what came across in the video, and was really surprised!! And Kira was about ten times more embarrassed!!
>For me personally, getting to hear even a little about Misao’s feelings as a tag champion was really fascinating. If Yamashita-san is the one expanding Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling vertically, then I feel Misao-san is the one expanding it horizontally—embodying the “anything goes” spirit.
>When I asked Kira what her first impression of Misao was, she said that back when she was still a trainee practicing alongside her, just seeing Misao training already made her look like a hero.
>With Kira, a lot of the discussion naturally focused on her illness, but even more than that, she shared so many dreams. As for who she wants to fight, I can’t say directly, but she did specifically name “M_x the Im_aler.” She also dreams not only of wrestling in Japan and America, but of going to many countries to wrestle, and of bringing wrestlers from around the world to Tokyo Joshi to have matches there!! And just as she was talking about that, she immediately got the chance to wrestle in Malaysia—so she’s making her dreams come true one by one!! So rather than being worried about her, I think the fun part will be watching with excitement to see what she does next!!
>Also, Chika Nanase appeared too. We actually talked about a lot more, but some parts were cut because we felt this wasn’t the right timing to share them. That said, even briefly, I really want to emphasize again her message: “I want people to know that I step into the ring with determination.” Through this, I realized how passionate her heart really is. I’d love to make another video someday centered on Chika-chan.
>Personally, I think this Kira Summer episode really captures what makes Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling unique, and it’s one of my favorites. It shows that anyone can aim to be the main character.

>Finally, the Shino Suzuki episode.
>With her, I really wanted to show her speaking for herself, so I tried to present her feelings as directly as possible!!
>That’s why I didn’t want to hide much. There was a part I debated whether to include, but I decided to use it—the fact that there are people who throw heartless words at Shino.
>It’s not just that she’s troubled by those words; I think she’s also in a very different place personally. But I believe the day will come when those voices are drowned out. So I left that in with the feeling of, “Damn it!! Keep your eyes on Shino Suzuki forever from here on out!!”
>On the day of her first victory, I happened to be at Korakuen and got to see it live. I was so nervous watching the match, and her fighting spirit and the result made me cry. So when I later heard there were people saying such things about her, I thought, Are you kidding me? And doing this second NexGen with Shino again, I thought, See, it was great, wasn’t it? Damn right it was!! (It’s not like I was the one who chose her for a second time, though.)
>For Shino Suzuki, her rival is Haru Kazashiro. But more than that, Haru is also someone she deeply trusts, and was indispensable in her process of mastering the belly-to-belly suplex. I hope one day we’ll get to see those two face off.
>That brings NexGen2 to a close. But if one day there’s a NexGen3… where will Shino Suzuki be then? Will she be the one who’s soared higher than anyone else? Or will it be… “Next, next, next”?

>This summer, my catchphrase was “Unless I disappear, it won’t end, and it won’t stop.”
>I was chosen for Next Generation 2. Next Generation. The next era. And this is my second time. To be honest, I couldn’t fully accept it myself. I was grateful, but at the same time I wondered, is this somehow disgraceful? But having my current self recorded and remembered is truly a blessing, and I can only feel gratitude.
>I watched the video at the same timing as everyone else, so my words may be a little rough, but I want you to read them. Last time, I said I wanted to show my “way of life.” Now, it’s different—because showing your way of life is the most painful thing. It means living every single moment for someone else. Even if no one is watching, I am watching myself 24 hours a day. And yet, I still think, with a strong heart, I want to show my way of life. But words alone are lame, shallow—so I live my “now” in my own way. Even then, it feels like it’s not enough, and that’s frustrating.
>Even when I fail, even when I can’t do anything, even when I’m scolded again and again— I can still think, I want to try harder, for everyone, for the dream. Being able to feel that way makes me think… maybe I’m not really human. That’s what makes me sad. I wonder why I can’t push myself harder. I feel guilty. I’ve carried that feeling for a long time. Even during my solo live, as anyone who watched could see, I couldn’t face it with bright emotions. The interview after rehearsal—honestly, I was in a state of panic, completely overwhelmed, a little out of my mind. (Looking back objectively, I even laughed a bit.) I felt guilty about that too, and recently, I’ve been filled with apologies for all of my activities. And that was perfectly captured on film.
>Recently, there was a live performance in pouring rain. At that time, even before I stepped on stage, everyone was a complete mess, yet they cheered loudly for me.
Anonymous No.18739539 >>18739545 >>18740419

>I don’t know about other idols, but they said they came specifically to see me. Some said, “I snuck out of work to come,” others, “I’ve been working so hard and finally made it today,” and some said, “If possible, I want to laugh with you.” Hearing all of that made me realize—oh, there were so many things I’d forgotten, so many thoughts I should have faced head-on—and it startled me. I want to meet everyone’s expectations. I want to repay them with all my heart.
>In the video, I said: "It’s not that I shine because I chose idols and pro wrestling and worked hard, but only those who are chosen can shine." And I really think that. But that was something I thought as someone in my third year who barely knows the first thing about pro wrestling. When I said “those who are chosen,” I meant it in the sense of people who worked hard. I fully understand that those people are showing themselves on top of all their effort. But the more I practice every day, the more I feel like I’m different from them—and it makes me sad. There’s so much I still can’t do. But I don’t want to admit it. Because I know almost nothing about pro wrestling, I keep dreaming that maybe if I just try harder somewhere, I can become the person I want to be. Even though everyone supports me, cheering for the times I stand up again and work hard, there have been more and more moments when I just can’t push myself. I feel like the “me” that’s unique to me is slowly disappearing, and I wonder, what am I? What does it mean to show your way of life? I think about it every single day.
>Even though I believe "Being able to sing, dance, and wrestle is justice," for me, it comes with the preface: "The me who can’t sing, dance, or wrestle," and that makes me sad. Still, my genuinely good qualities, and being blessed with the right environment and people, allow me to find light somewhere and keep going. And wrestling really does have incredible power.

>Also, in this video, parts where I said things like “someone said XX to me” were highlighted. The truth is, almost no one actually says things that would really get me down! Words are what you make of them, and of course, sometimes I overthink things. But because everyone cheers for me immediately after a match and comes to see me, I’m able to keep going. Thank you. I know people might worry, thinking, “Oh, poor thing, they said that,” but it’s really okay! Don’t worry! That’s not even the point.
>The truth is, more than anyone else, I’m the one who hurts myself the most. If you want to worry, worry about the me in the solo live interview—that was actually the scariest moment for me personally. I felt like I was two seconds away from disappearing. My eyes were completely intense. But if I may be a little cheeky, let me just say this: next time, consider whether these words could really be taken as a joke! I’ll be careful too. The growth I feel within myself is, from an outside perspective, below average. I’ve been doing this for 27 years, and if I think about doing it for the rest of my life, I realize that not giving up is everything. In a beautiful world, that thought makes living a little hard. So… the rest of my life will be like this too. I don’t know how to give up, and I won’t give up. Because I have a strong sense of pride, there are many things I pretend to give up on but actually haven’t.
>I feel sorry toward everyone. I don’t have a claim to a belt or rights. But I want the right to speak up. Our emotions are so complicated, aren’t they? I want to be strong! I want to be like everyone else! But wanting that, being myself, gets in the way, and I can’t talk about any dream or goal. I’ll work hard so that I can soon become someone who isn’t just Shino! It feels strange for me to say this, but my first victory… I feel like I can’t surpass it, and that frustration lingers.

>I can’t put into words exactly what it is, but it feels frustrating. I realized that if I don’t change my current feelings, I’ll die without achieving anything. So I’m truly grateful that I’ve been able to create this time to face myself. Through Next Generation 2, I was able to understand the feelings of everyone else too. And that gave me a kind of strength in my heart. I feel like I might have exposed my feelings too much! If anyone felt uncomfortable, I’m sorry! During filming, at every moment, my emotions were completely down. But now, little by little, I’m rousing myself, realizing I can’t stay like this. It might be a little late, but Even I am the next generation. And I want to say that with pride. That’s all.
>Tomorrow, I have dance lessons. Even though it’s the day after the Next Generation release, I’ll probably be frozen, standing there unable to dance. Unfortunately, Shino is Shino. Then I’ll probably get depressed again and leave the studio as if running away. But I can’t run away from being myself. I will treasure facing myself, aiming to become the true next generation. And I will absolutely become stronger as a professional wrestler. Thank you for watching Next Generation 2.

Miyu is like a daughter to him. The Ace. She was practically in every The Night ep. Shes booked in DDT a lot. Misao had a singles match with Takagi and beat him. He sang her praises and has been booked in DDT a lot too. Yea he scouted all those other players but Miyu and Misao hold a special place in his heart.
