At this point they genuinely don't care. WWE has been majorly fucking up and raising prices out the ass, so less people will wanna come and less will wanna watch. If AEW doesn't take advantage of this now then they'll never be a real contender. The fundamental error that ratings sisters make is that they do not understand that ratings are by and large a sample of the total volume of the distribution network being sampled. A wrestling show being high quality, or low quality, does not affect the numbers of people subscribing to cable or cutting cable, and this number is the main driver of the ratings trend, not the content of any show. WWE understood this very well, which is why they moved RAW to a streaming service that has a higher volume than general interest cable networks.
