If Iyo gives Rossy the work, he'll hire her. Even if that isn't the case he'll need some know commodities, so both Hazuki and Koguma will get signed. Plus it wouldn't hurt the tag division to have them around.

My understanding is that Stars was really more like two separate groups in one - one was Mayu, Hazuki, and Koguma while Hanan, Saya, and Komomo were sort of their own thing.
Once Mayu was gone and it was clear that Hanan and Saya were getting the push there was really nothing there for them anymore.

No. Hazuki was only there for Mayu and Koguma was there because there had been nowhere else to be.
The group doesn't have an identity distinct from Mayu and associations to her. Without her it is a generic face group; with her, it was a generic face group with some sus antics.
