>The Toyama event was full of highlights. Incredibly, Ishikawa Nao earned her first main event victory. It was a memorable scene unique to a regional show. Iwatani Mayu was dragged into a double count-out on the outside by CHIAKI. Aono Miku unveiled her One Second EX for the first time since Nanae Takahashiโ€™s retirement match. Now itโ€™s off to Tsu City in Mie Prefecture. This is what regional tours are all about.

>Utami
I still think Mayu wins the block. That would require Utami to take a loss to Kouki, which could happen just to set up a filler defense between the Dream Star and Grand Destiny. Could also be a set up for Yuzuki to win the block, that wouldn't surprise me, either. I just don't see Utami winning.
>Miku
yep, Miku is well on her way to winning

>Good work, everyone.

>Training is finished.

>Lately Iโ€™ve been allowed to train in various places, and today, like every day, it was training again.

>Todayโ€™s was at a menโ€™s promotion.

>It was a small group, training alongside female trainees while being taught by male wrestlers.

>Itโ€™s obvious, but the basic training is tough!!!

>200 squats

>20 jump squats ร— 3 sets

>20 push-ups ร— 3 sets

>20 โ€œlionโ€ push-ups ร— 3 sets

>Neck pressesโ€”10 each to the left, right, forward, and back

>Bridge hold, 2 minutes

>What else did we doโ€ฆ?

>I forgot, but anyway, itโ€™s been a while since I did weight training this seriously. Itโ€™s rough!

>Since Iโ€™ve debuted, I canโ€™t exactly say โ€œI canโ€™t do thisโ€ when the trainees can. Iโ€™m pushing myself to the limit.

>I especially struggle with push-ups.

>If I go a while without doing them, I can hardly manage. Itโ€™s bad.

>Do you know lion push-ups?

>Theyโ€™re the kind where you spread your legs wide, slide your upper body forward, then push yourself back up. I hate them.

>Neck presses are also tough.

>As the name suggests, someone presses on your neck to add resistance while you move, and by the end it feels like your sternocleidomastoid muscle is about to cramp. I hate that too.

>After about an hour of this muscle training, finally we did rolling exercises.

>Forward rolls, backward rollsโ€”spinning around makes me feel like Iโ€™m going to get sick. Somehow I endure it. Embarrassing.

>When I first started pro wrestling, I went to personal training four times a week, so it was easy, but if you slack off itโ€™s no good.

>Consistency is important in everything.

>Iโ€™m working hard on this back-to-basics training as I prepare for my return.

>X DAY is steadily approaching.

>I really want a lot of people to come see my return match. Iโ€™m doing my best for that day.

>Sakimura Ryoko, aiming to restart.

>Keeping up with the challenges, and today...
>For the first time in about five years
>I ran for 4 minutes at this intensity
>Trusting my therapist
>I'm so glad I kept commuting from the countryside to Tokyo

[Good News] Parent Company (WWE) has confirmed that Giulia will be making her triumphant return to Japan this October!

Will she also be making an appearance at Grand Destiny 2025? If so, who would you have her wrestle against? Me, personally... I would love to see her finally have that match with Utami (although I don't really want it to end in a draw) so perhaps Seri is the better choice?
