Has there ever been a wrestling tournament where you advance through the bracket by losing and at the end, whoever loses the final match is crowned the biggest fucking loser award or something?

Yes. AAA or CMLL or someone does an unmasking tourney like this. Whoever loses in the main event has to lose their mask.
