I think he's like this because he wants Tony to get his head out of his ass before Dynamite dips below 350K viewers or worse because he wants his clients to have viable options to work and get top dollar. But if Tony is putting out a product no one wants to watch and the network drops him, then those dollars won't roll in for the talent and he won't get as much in his cut.

Having someone who wants to run a wrestling promotion, but is better with, and has more access to money, than Paul Heyman or Dixie Carter, and use that money to pay the talent a good salary is what any agent would want for their client. So pointing out the deficiencies in one of the top to wrestling companies is in his and his client's best interest. If that well of money dries up the wrestlers getting million dollar contracts may never see a payday like that again if there's only one company that can pay that kind of money, while getting paid a dollar and a handshake at MLW, GCW or NWA.

There are no "options". The "free agency market" is a complete and total work.
