All her hype and worth came from the WWE machine and how big they made the Sasha Banks character feel. Once she left WWE she lost all of that. She isn't a real CEO. She isn't actually "the Boss." She's a self mark who bought into her own gimmick. Disney doesn't give a fuck about Mercedes Mone. They cast Sasha Banks for that Star Wars show. Funny how she hasn't gotten shit like that since she left WWE. She supposedly has these legions and legions of loyal fans and yet where are they? Not a single one followed her over to AEW or tune in to watch her no less pay for a ticket to come to the shows. She's a fraud

She's proof that the talent system WWE set up in the wake of the Monday Night Wars works.
Don't let talent get bigger than the company itself. Ensure that talent performs as characters wholly owned by the company so that they don't have a context to truly get over outside WWE.
People can leave, but they won't carry any aura they had with them.
