One big thing regarding the Hammerstein Ballroom is that it's not really just a normal venue. That venue is about as iconic as Madison Square Garden honestly and it's not just the wrestling business that the Hammerstein Ballroom is famous for. It's a big stop for concerts as well.

I think AEW should consider not being so US centric. Run some shows across Europe. Run some shows across Latin America. Run some shows across Asia. Having some hot international crowds for a few episodes would be a better look.

I looked through their venues for tv and 90% of them are 4-6k capacity range. It's just this with 1.5k and and Bayou Music center (1,348) that are sub 3k. the next lowest is Boeing Center, SA, Tx with 3.2k.
