Josh Alexander debuted as a surprise wildcard in the Owen Hart and lost to Hangman in his debut, right after the match Don Callis, knowing full well og Josh's capabilities convinced him to join the family.
Over the summer: the DCF has been explicitly targeting Page in multi-man segments and then escalating into full-on beatdowns.
Recently the Family brutally attacked Hangman and Kenny leading to Kenny being stretchered out, this attack made the rivalry personal rather than just competitive.
So specifically for Josh, Hangman ruining his debut gives him real reason to have a "grudge" with him
