I just realized there is no positive AEW discussion on here. There is that Tony Khan general but it's just a false flag being bumped by 2 discord retards. I've tried to discuss AEW in a serious way here and every time I make a thread it gets maybe 12 replies at that. But make a thread shitting on AEW and it always gets hundreds of replies. Do AEW fans even use this place anymore?

I do but Edrones shitting up any thread that is not WWE has always happened here. Back in the /asp/ days, they tried derailing TNA Impact threads constantly spouting OUTLAW MUDSHOW even though now they pretend they believed in Joe Hendry since 2018. I've even seen semi-recent NWA Powerr threads get shat up by their monosyllabic shitposts.

But it's 4channel. I've started AEW non-game threads that have gotten 100+ replies even though you had to dig through good morning saar posts and schizobabble to find actual, good discussion. It's there though.

I wanted to like it. Never been a wwe guy. Always had been happy to spend money to watch alternatives (not a broke boy). But I had pretty much stopped watching modern wrestling when Kenny was still a DDT guy and the bucks hadn’t done much outside of PWG. So I think I approached AEW with minimal bias. And I just didn’t like it.
I started watching right before the explosion match and I think I made it just before the first Wembley show. The only match I can truly call a classic is Cody vs Dustin. And even that I had to go backwards to watch lol.
They botch and make less sense than indie guys from 20 years ago. The stories usually run over each other, like I remember death triangle trying to get Fenix to use the time keepers mallet on the same show Swerve tried to get Keith Lee to use a set of pliers, which were also kept at the time keepers table. Singles feuds always evolve into some multiman gimmick match that I find impossible to give a fuck about.
It's just not for me. and if you think it’s for you i genuinely think you’d have a much better time watching any promotion from 2005. CZW, ROH, Dragon Gate, NOAH even TNA.

There's nothing really to discuss. The shows aren't bad, but they ain't great either. Everything about AEW just circles back to ratings and attendance talk, but even if there was stuff to talk about, there's nowhere to talk about it. This place sucks and reddit is gay.

First 3 years there were a lot of AEW fans, we're still here its just that AEW is mid now.

After autistically counting, Hilariously enough there are literally only 2 positive wrestling discussions on the entire board that’s not a general, coombait, or nostalgia or console war and are talking about something happening right now in pro wrestling and both threads are AEW related.
AEW are 100% of the positive wrestling posts in this board.

When I first counted and made myhe first thread on this there were only 4 threads that were positive when I created it with no more being made until my thread fell of the board. 3 were AEW and 1 was WWE.

Something is wrong with this board and it will likely never be funded since at the end of the day it’s a containment board to a containment board.

I like AEW. It is a different product from WWE but the "sickos" and die hard fans are so thin skinned all you have to say is "AEW crowds are half full" and like meltzer they go into hysterics its hilarious thats why people just shit on AEW. Most its just to fuck around while some are WWE loyalists who hate an alternative brand but for the most part fans watch both shows some are good shows some are bad but in the middle its just fun to fuck with both sides the difference is a WWE fan doesn't care if you insult WWE, Vince, or a wrestler cause they'll watch anyway with AEW fans if you insult anyone they take it as if you're insulting their mother
