Now Russo is an interesting question because, while people rightfully criticize his WCW run, and some questionable decisions he made in TNA, it cannot be denied or understated that wrestling with Vince Russo involved was more interesting and enjoyable than wrestling without him. He was right about crash TV being more compelling than cartoonish 90s gimmicks and he was right about smarks being fucking retarded. All in all, I would have to say Russo in 2025 is completely and utterly vindicated.
