Wasn't even because of this. They actually did a decent job building stories around each of them to make the matches interesting. Tiffany and Vaquer was the only one that was just 'here's a match.' Both Raw and Smackdown were solid this past week as well. Whatever creative changes are going on seem to be working for the better. If they can build compelling stories around any of those names you listed, which most are plenty capable of, then they'll be good to have on these again as well

Because everyone loves her and she's clearly one of the best workers in the women's division, and people were complaining about Rhea always being in the main event scene so it was time for new blood.

Could you not make the same argument for Tiffany? Who's already been overpushed to hell and back this year. At least Vaquer has backed it up so far unlike Tiffany who's had a dreadful title run and one of the worst botched match finishes of the year the other week. I think Tiffy time is up on the Tiffany experiment so makes sense to shift that momentum over to Vaquer who they seem high on
