her match with Tiffy at Crown Jewel proves how biased Triple H is. Because despite what people may think about Tiffany Stratton, at least Tiffy has the time and years of experience.
She went through NXT, PC and been on the main roster for a little while. Tiffy has put in the time and she had been on an undefeated streak. Her beating Vaquer would've been a perfect time to put a notch and solidify Tiffy and bring Vaquer kind of back down to earth. This would've been a perfect time to continue Tiffy's undefeated streak and put a small pause on Vaquer just a bit.

Tiffy winning the Crown Jewel match against Vaquer would've helped slow down the hate that is about to come Vaquer's way for being given "too much too soon".

Vaquer wouldn't have lost her Raw Women's World Championship Belt, and a loss kinda humbles her a bit in the eyes of the fans, because she can have glazers and coomers that act like she can do no wrong in their eyes. If that's your one, that's your one.

But sadly, she's gonna have to face a lot of fans who are realistic, and that's what will hurt Vaquer the most, being given everything too much too soon.
