Giulia is just a look. She was never a good wrestler and can't back anything up in the ring. She used hardcore wrestling to draw attention away from her lack of physical talent. Additionally, she is not a good English speaker and so has no way of exercising any vocal charisma she may have possessed in Japanese.

She overestimated her abilities and took a chance on a doomed venture she never had the capacity to work to overcome. She had been too used to being spoiled and accomodated in roles she never deserved because of lower standards in the small ponds.

I watched some of the more recent Giulia Stardom stuff and she really is godawful. The brief time I regularly watched Stardom in 2018 I got the impression Hana was not very fond of Giulia being there but I could be wrong.
