They are probably true, because so many wrestlers from that time have talked about it and i don't think all of them are lying. Some of them probably are lying for attention but there are too many credible witnesses to dismiss these allegations. I will say this, all memes aside I don't know if Vince was fully complicit or not, but yeah Patterson definitely did it and so did Mel Philips. Wasn't the main accusation against Patterson that he tried to get wrestlers to do sexual favors in exchange for a push? I think the stuff with kids was mostly Mel Phillips.

I know what I asked around once and what answer I got.
If H got that sort of prototype stem cell treatment, which at the time wouldn't have been from his own body but from seriously young involuntary donations, it stands to reason everyone else with a major injury who "suddenly recovered so miraculously soon" had the same treatment, and that other can be repairing their bodies / extending their careers with it too.
