Has there ever been a case of a wrestler going after another wrestler’s formerly injured area/notorious area for injuries (examples: Brock’s diverticulitis stomach, Seff’s BAD KNEE) and actually re-injuring said part?

Yeah in Impact LA Knight was supposed to squash someone with an ankle injury so they could get surgery, can't remember who, but broke their ankle worse
