AEW has NJPW by the balls so it won't happen. And while I do think Tony is the main guy to blame for NJPW turning to shit, I do think for NJPW, AEW is the better partner option. WWE probably won't do much for them other than sending a few guys from time to time to Japan, and WWE really has nothing to gain from the partnership other than hurting AEW.
