I mean the usual suspects, Roman, Cody, Seff, Punker, Yeet, Cena is temporary but he held the belt hostage for a good while this year. You've got Drew and LA in the wings even though they're just as old. The top of the card is crowded af with old men. Gunther and Priest are the "fresh up and comers" and they're old as hell too. And let's not even get into the guys that aren't even in the main title scene like Sheamus, AJ, and Finn.

Raw's main event scene is three guys. Uso, Punk, LA Knight. Grim. But yes they are old. This is the time for Bron or someone from NXT to be supplanted into the mix. Sheamus, Finn etc are midcard filler but yes are old. It's actually troubling how many guys WWE has in their 40's filling up spots

She didn't land as neatly as during the Iyo match but it's still the furthest thing from a botch, it looked like she destroyed Tiffy, the visual was pretty great
Also don't know if it was the camera angle or what but she never hit it as good as in the iyo match, it looked like she went higher and spinned longer than any other time she pulled it off, that move has shoot lived rent free in my head since then

It's just how pro wrestling works, even 40 years ago you'd be hard pressed to find a world champ anywhere that wasn't at least in his mid 30s
Thing is for long title reigns, they need someone reliable, experienced, mature and with his head on his shoulders, cause back then he was defending the title all the goddamn time and had to uphold kayfabe like nobody else, and now the long term champs are basically PR representatives that have to interact with fans and media more than any other wrestler

if trick was like 30%-35% better at actual in ring wrestling i would say he should get it. angle was the complete package and it wasn't even a risk to put it on him because he was an obvious star. trick will be a star but a true top of the company guy should be able to do the carrying in a match which trick can't do.

Wrestling runs so fucking slowly these days. The entirety of Austin's original WWE run, from The Ringmaster debut to him walking out on Lesnar, was less than seven years ago. You look at a Raw from 2018 and 80% of it could be broadcast today without looking out of place.
