I'm not sure about universally hated, but the most high-profile wrestler I am certain has absolutely zero fans is Matt Taven.
I think he may genuinely be the most accomplished "literal who" in the history of the business, both in and out of kayfabe. This man won a world title in the "co-main event" of a sold out Madison Square Garden and walked out still with zero fans. That's genuinely impressive.
