Sting was better on average and Taker hit much higher peaks, but neither of them were very good outside of their gimmicks. Sting being a great worker/in a noticeably different class than Undertaker is AEW zoomer revisionist history.

Sting completely fucking tanked and flopped as the top guy in WCW, not that I'm a big fan of Undertaker because he also flopped as the main event in WM by metric of buyrates against HBK but the idea that Sting > Taker is a purely AEW fan idea driven by feelings not facts
