Mayu still had an injured ankle (as evidenced by that spot where it gave out), I think that played a big part in how they worked it.
I think Mayu and Sareee get along just fine. Sareee is working a great angle here where too many have this headcanon that she actually thinks she's a face - she's a heel. She knows she's a heel. She knows that her gimmick is going to draw mega heat, especially in Japan where loyal company workers are strongly favored over outsiders.
I doubt the thing with Konami was a shoot either. People like seeing heels get put in their place, even if it's at the hands of another heel. But given the relationship between Konami and Syuri and the relationship between Syuri and Sareee, I kind of don't think they have real heat and were just working everyone.
Look at it this way: if it's a shoot, yeah, she looks like a complete mess. But if it's a work... it's dimes (the arrogant heel who really thinks she's a face) and it's drawing because everyone wants to see Sareee put on her ass.
