I liked seeing Charley Dempsey in NOAH. His style really fits in Japan. Would be sick of Kendal Grey had some matches in Marigold.

TJPW would probably be much better because it's a good environment and getting the chance to potentially work with people like Rika, Shoko and Miu will sure as shit benefit them more than working with the AgZ failures who are by and large probably worse than someone fresh out of the PC.

By outside promotions they generally mean other joshi promotions. They're perfectly fine working with foreign promotions and bringing in foreign wrestlers though. Usually a Korakuen or another big show will have one or two foreigners and they've been working regularly with SETUP in Thailand. Even with native wrestlers they'll bring in freelancers and old timers like Mizunami and Aja being fairly regular on their bigger shows.

The only thing might make it iffy is their technically official partnership with AEW but that never really amounts to much and they had Zara Zakher work a show after she was signed to an ID deal and her having worked in TJPW was mentioned on Evolve.
