Stardom is what you want to watch if you want to see a bunch of failed idols and failed models poorly attempt to be '90s AJW. Marigold is what you want to watch if you want to see a bunch of failed idols and stage actresses attempt to poorly be Stardom. TJPW is what you watch if you want to see low tier idols and stage actresses and models do entertaining, sometimes gimmicky and more basic wrestling.
TJPW is also the easiest one to get into because it doesn't really have any storylines or feuds. Someone challenges someone for a belt, they have a match. You just need to get the basic characters and their relationships to each other down and that's easy enough to get by just watching a show.
Also watch old AJW from the '70s through the '90s. Most of it is good though I find some of the '90s stuff overrated nowadays compared to the '80s and even '70s. My favorite "peak" (i.e. early to mid-'90s) AJW wrestler (Suzuka Minami) is also one that doesn't show up on GOAT lists but is far and away the most consistently solid wrestler they had at the time outside of maybe Kyoko Inoue.

That's literally TJPW's entire core theme.
