In a reign that began with so much excitement, Starlight Kid's Wonder of Stardom Championship run comes to an end with far less excitement than it had. A good run that should've been great.

The first half of the reign was impactful, notable, and truly great. There was debate as to who was the top champion in STARDOM with how good Kid's reign began. It lost steam when the injuries were piling up, and never got to the level it was at through her first four defenses, in my opinion.

Her match with Rina will forever be the highlight, and should've been the sign of where to go, but instead it ends against Konami in an alright match.

Now, SLK has to be on the agenda for Saya Kamitani very, very soon. There's potential she jumps to the front of the line when it comes to obvious names to face her.

Bummed the reign didn't have the same steam from start to finish, but the belt did get back on track under Starlight Kid.
