He's slow and not a flippy/spotfest guy but he's a guy whose most famous trait is being good at doing his moves, and is most remembered for his moves. His promos and character work are bland, he looks like a CAW on roids (which they tried to get over as "if you built a superstar from the ground up" etc) and he was never a big draw.
