anyone who actually watched vaquer wrestle at all pre-NXT knew otherwise the moment they started being grouped in the same conversation
the shock was vaquer being a stealth WWE lifer and turning down the AEW contract, that was weird but funny

Grace is too big for a babyface push like she can't get sympathy being that much more muscular than the other women, and she came off as Mary Sue-ish which kinda fucked their plans as they had to cool her off. I think people also kinda liked the dynamic between her and Mariah and didn't want them to split. Tatum and Jacy stepped up big time though.

i am not familiar with either of their work in japan or mexico prior to WWE
in NXT, giulia was never impressive. she wasn't total shit, but she never had any really great matches or anything. obviously can't promo. she wasn't especially over.
stephanie was sensational from the second she stepped in a WWE ring. it's magic every time she wrestles. it was obvious that the only way that she wouldn't totally eclipse giulia was if they were really married to the idea of forcing giulia at any cost. i'm glad they weren't.
