It's still yet to be seen as far as Itoh is concerned. Maybe if her contract had been terminated, but that's not what happened, and anyway her gimmick is "the fired idol" so it only would've added to her mystique if she had been fired. Also her Kyushu Pro appearance went well, so she does have prospects

Actually, Yuka's value increased this year. 2023 or 2024 is when she would've been a true contender. But now she's getting regularly booked on ROH, which may not sound like a big deal but it's a much better position than last year when she wasn't getting booked at all even after she had healed from her injury
As far as TJPW related players go, the biggest contenders are Miyu, who had a big US excursion and still failed to get an AEW or WWE contract, and Moka, who won her first title then immediately had to drop it due to some mysterious injury
