WWE does not have defined roles for their roster like AEW does. AEW has a perfect structure (cornucopia, if you will) of it's talent and overall standing.

As for the (F)Ace of the company? I'd say that hasn't been set in stone yet, but right now, it's clear it's going to be one of 8 people:

7. MJF
8. (Dark horse if they an figure him out) Hook, though I'd probably move him to the "Future" of the company.

WWE needs to have something like this because right now its so unclear who or what is the top guy. Cody? Roman? Punk?? Who knows.
