I don't know if there's a strict set time but after 4 years it sure as hell ought to be sink or swim. No one should be trying to be an NXT lifer. As for Lash it makes sense. She's one of the bigger women's names they had at this point and was clearly ready. She already made a few Smackdown appearances and had moments like at Evolution. Didn't seem like there was anywhere for her in either title picture on NXT so may as well just bring her up. God knows Smackdown's women's division needs it
