The actual reason why some WWE shows are soft in ticket sales is that they're hitting up the same towns multiple times in a year that aren't really big enough to have two big crowds for both shows. I think in the past maybe they would've done one TV show and one house show in some of these cities, but without the house shows, they're just doing another Raw or SmackDown. I expect that next year they'll try to spread it out a little more and not come to the same town too often.
