typhoon, obviously. earthquake, by himself, was good enough to have a program with Hulk Hogan at the top of the card and produce a number of memorable storyline moments. typhoon by himself was always saddled with retarded gimmicks like tugboat and of course the shockmaster. not really fair because typhoon wasn't bad, he just had some terrible luck in the gimmick department.
