Goddamn there are too many variables.

right is 20 steps Euler Normal with a cfg 12 at 1 denoise

left is 20 steps dpmpp_2m_sde_gpu karras at 7 cfg 1 denoise


And who knows, I might drop money and get a 12gb vram gpu and upgrade to SDXL, then I'll have to optimize all the settings again maybe. And these settings could probably be furhter optimized.
