Yeah it's definitely a trade off. Fast motion renders is a gamble for overall quality. Which is where you'll need to adjust your steps and cfg and etc for quality to balance it out. But the ultimate rule is usually slow motion = best original image quality without sacrifice of rendering time. That's just how the program works. Unless if you got a $5000 PC that can pump out the highest quality in the shortest time-frame.
