Hijacking thread in hopes of piss wizard actually shows up. Im a new genner trying out WanGP as youve recommended in the past. Ive got 8gb Vram on an Nvidia card trying to generate vids. So far, I've been wildly unsuccessful. My goals are to make realistic cumshots, bjs, undress, and aheago. Everything else (like forced undress, pov sex, doggy, etc) would be nice to have, but not my priority. What Loras would you rec? Any tips and tricks to speed up Gen time? Or, best of all, do you know of a guide that helped you so I can stop bothering people on this board?

Switching to ComfyUI will make your life easier. You'll need a quantized model (from this huggingface repo: QuantStack/Wan2.2-I2V-A14B-GGUF, you can try Q5 or Q6).
In Comfy, use the default template for wan2.2 image to video generation. It will load up Kijai's workflow directly, which has better memory management than native does. Install sage attention. Use the lightning lora and reduce your step count to 4 /4. Once you get that working, you can add more loras to get your desired result.
Instructions can be found online for how to set up ComfyUI with the ComfyUI manager so that missing nodes can be installed easily

On second thought, 1stAid's workflow will give you more control over your gens. Interpolation can be disabled at first, longest dimension set to 480 until you get your desired result

I have to second this, I am one of those that owe FirstAid thanks for providing a workflow that actually works, although I use and older version and haven't tried his updates, as once somwthing works, that's good enough for me.

Recently tried for VACE againthough, but after like 30minute wait, got an allocation error, so nuts to that when I got a simple video faceswap to work passably.

Hello sir, I use the wan-22-i2v-gguf-compact-wf workflow though I've changed a bunch of stuff. Far better wizards than myself have put together and shared workflows, so I'm not sure if anyone would even be interested in mine... 8GB VRAM should be enough to do some gens, maybe try just doing 512x512 and 81 frames. Try not to add too many lora with the limited ram, start with oral-insertion-wan-22
