Make sure you save it as a .bat not a .txt once done you can run install-manager-for-portable-version.bat it'll install some stuff then disappear.

3) Head over to https://huggingface.co/Kijai/WanVideo_comfy/tree/main/Wan22-Lightning
We need both the Wan2.2-Lightning_I2V-A14B-4steps-lora_HIGH_fp16.safetensors and Wan2.2-Lightning_I2V-A14B-4steps-lora_LOW_fp16.safetensors
Download these and place them into C:\ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\models\loras

4) Head over to
https://huggingface.co/bullerwins/Wan2.2-I2V-A14B-GGUF/tree/main
You can come back later and download a larger one, higher number/filesize but for now just get the smallest.

Download these and place them into C:\ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\models\unet

Download umt5_xxl_fp8_e4m3fn_scaled.safetensors and place it into C:\ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\models\clip

6) Download this https://huggingface.co/QuantStack/Wan2.2-I2V-A14B-GGUF/blob/main/VAE/Wan2.1_VAE.safetensors and place it into C:\ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\models\vae

7) Download this workflow https://litter.catbox.moe/fpuc0fcktfjqgdei.json
Now go to C:\ComfyUI_windows_portable and open run_nvidia_gpu_fast_fp16_accumulation.bat it should open a browser at this page, if not open it yourself: http://127.0.0.1:8188/ Close the "Get Started with a Template" if it opens. Click the C icon at the top left and click "File > Open" navigate and select the workflow json file we downloaded. Or just drag and drop the file into the ComfyUI page.

It should load the workflow, and pop open something about missing nodes. Just close these popups for now. At the top right should be a button for "Manager" open that then select "Install Missing Custom Nodes" you can select all at the top left checkbox, install them wait and click to restart when it asks. Now when it restarts it might still say some nodes are missing, now we can click the "Install All Missing Nodes" followed by the Restart when its done. When opening the page now you should get no more errors, if not try Google or ask in the thread.

8) Now find a picture to edit, you crop it yourself to make it a square. In the workflow should be "Load Image" > "choose file to upload" at the bottom left.
The green window "CLIP Text Encode (Positive Prompt)" enter what you want to happen. For example:
"She lifts her shirt over her breasts exposing them to the viewer, her naked breasts are now visible."
Then click "Run"

From here you can try some lora. There are plenty on civitai, I would recommend trying oral-insertion-wan-22.

Download both the HIGH and LOW safetensors and place them into C:\ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\models\loras you may need to refresh your ComfyUI page for them to appear.

Now you should be able to add these to the workflow.
The "LoRA - FIRST SAMPLER" click "Add Lora" and choose the HIGH safetensors.
The "LoRA - SECOND SAMPLER" click "Add Lora" and choose the LOW safetensors.

The prompt for the oral-insertion-wan is just:
"A man appears and she sucks his penis"
but you can add to it as needed.

The workflow posted here has everything scaled down for low end machines. I'm actually using the Q8 versions which take up a lot of VRAM. You can also try changing the resolution, try 480x832 or even 720x1280 I typically generate 81 frames, but you can put these through FILM VFI x4 and then turn it into a 60 fps video. All of this just adds to the generation time and its more trying to find a good balance of quality and speed, depending on your machine sir

Piss wf uses predefined empty latent size of 512x512 and crops out the pixels from your input. Most of the wan 2.1 loras are trained using 512x512 datasets, they work best at that resolution. Thats why he stated to resize your input to 1:1 ratio

My workflow resizes the input into specific width or height (which ever is longer) keeping the proportions and rounding the dimension to be divisible by 16. I usually run with 720px. No issues with most of the loras. But also note; bigger the empty latent is, more time it takes
