I realized both these workflows use SDXL, so I should beable to flip flop back and forth easy enough.
For a Controlled Faceswap, look at the left side of the OP. Need a source face and a target photo to swap it into, as per the image. Simple face shots are less work for the source face.
For Uncontrolled faceswap provide a closeish crop face for best results and SPECIFIC description of what you want output. All images on the left side of the OP were generated from facial picture in bottom right.
Accuracy varies wildly based on whatever I put in for settings, but more detailed requests can help me better craft a prompt if I care.
As I cannot think of a way to profit from this without giving away easily traceable banking information, I encourage you to donate to your local society for the protection of animals or Save the Children or wikipedia.
