If you really want to use the background of your original video, place green dots on the subject you want to remove and red dots on teh background you want to keep. Click the question mark in the upper right corner for the keyboard commands to place dots.
Alternatively, if you want to preserve the background of the original image, delete the wires connecting the background video and character_mask nodes, as in the image provided.

I'm using this same workflow and input video, and I can't get anything that looks like your gens. I've tried adding LORAs and there's either no penis or random objects, and it only generates the first 1 second of the video. Not sure what I'm missing. Gotta be some significant changes to the workflow I don't have.
