Step 4:load up comfyui, follow your instructions from earlier and look at your screen. Congratulations. If you installed comfyui portable clean without being a moron (Like I managed to do 10+ times), congratulations. Go find Torstens Low VRAM Wan 2.2 I2v workflow on the internet.
step 5: open that .json file. itll want you to download nodes and models. do that. At this point, you're going to want to hook up your second monitor or become very good at alt tabbing
step 6:download your nodes and your models and restart comfyui a billion times while updating shit until it stops yelling at you. Step 6 is finished when All Your Shit Is In The Right Spot.
Step 7: write a prompt and use a reference image to try to make the image do stuff. start with low resolution gens that your video card can do.
Step 7.1: have a video card
since you're a highly silo'd psychopath, you're going to be using wan 2.2 I2v quant models (Q5-Q6 etc) or the A14B model.
16gb VRAM is good. 8 is bad. 24-32 is moar good. I use because i bought a 5070ti for gaming without realizing i would need more vram for psychopathy.
step 8: Fuck around. You'll need film VFI but you won't understand why you need it for about 3 days so don't worry. Keep it at 4-6 steps, because youll be using a lightx2v lora (you don't know what this means and it doesnt matter) keep the resolution low, and the frames at 89, and hit the button.
